These terms govern your use of the websites and services of Traverse the Diverse LLC ("we," "us"), including ALYST by Velos. By using them, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide technology and automation services. ALYST by Velos is an AI front-desk receptionist that answers inbound calls, responds to common questions, and books appointments for small businesses.

2. SMS / text messaging terms

• Program: Traverse the Diverse LLC (ALYST by Velos) text messages, covering appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to inquiries and callback requests, and service updates.
• Opting in: You receive texts only after opting in, for example on our Text Message Consent page. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP, or email walter@traversethediverse.cloud.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with their operation, or use them for unlawful purposes.

4. Business clients

Businesses subscribing to ALYST by Velos are also bound by their service agreement and pricing. Business clients are responsible for the accuracy of the information they give us to configure their service.

5. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is." AI agents can make mistakes, and we do not guarantee that every call, message, or booking will be handled without error.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Traverse the Diverse LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
