This policy explains how Traverse the Diverse LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information across our website and services, including ALYST by Velos, our AI front-desk receptionist service.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address, and business details.
- Message content: text messages, emails, and call content you exchange with us or with an ALYST agent.
- Service setup information business clients provide so we can configure their receptionist, such as hours, services, and common questions.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
2. How we use it
- To answer your inquiries, book and confirm appointments, and return callbacks.
- To build, operate, and support services for our business clients.
- To send text messages you have opted in to receive (see section 3).
- To keep our services secure and meet legal obligations.
3. Text messaging (SMS)
We send text messages only to people who have opted in, for example on our Text Message Consent page. Messages cover appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to inquiries and callback requests, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email walter@traversethediverse.cloud.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The exclusion covers all text messaging opt-in data and consent.
4. When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our services (for example, our phone, messaging, and hosting providers), only as needed to provide those services, and subject to the SMS restrictions in section 3. We may also disclose information when required by law.
5. Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services or meet legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no system is perfectly secure.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing walter@traversethediverse.cloud. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, which we honor.
7. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
